Wedding Packages and Pricing

Manor Photography offers a number of reasonably priced wedding packages. These packages are entirely flexible and allow you to mix and match to suit your budget or requirements. They are guidelines only, if you don't see what you want, please contact us and let us know what you're looking for. Probably the best way to do this would be to arrange a free, no obligation appointment at our Swindon studio (or a venue of your choice) where we are happy to show you our previous work and talk about your wedding photography requirements.

We will always give you a quote, not an estimate. We won't make you hunt around our website to find our prices! We we never give you the hard sell! The price we quote will be the price you pay with no hidden extras or charges. Prices are fixed at the time you receive your quote. We will honour the current season prices quoted for weddings booked up to 18 months in advance.

Below are details of our basic, enhanced and premium packages.

Basic Package £799 + VAT:

  • Free initial consultation to determine your requirements and any special requests (no obligation at this stage).

  • Wedding pre-shoot on location with you and your fiance to ensure you are comfortable with your photographer and can establish a good working relationship with them (normally £99).

  • The undivided attention of your photographer for up to eight hours on the day of your wedding (extra time, on request, charged at £40 per hour or part of).

  • Package price includes all time spent by photographer downloading, processing and retouching images.

  • Post-wedding consultation to view your wedding photographs and discuss your album requirements or any extras you may wish to add to your package.

  • Choose 20 prints at any size up to 10x8 in an album or wedding photo book containing these photos (no customised layout).

  • An 18x12 enlargement of your choice.

  • A CD containing all photos in preview form.

  • Online shop for purchase of additional prints or albums for you and your family.

  • Archived storage guaranteed for at least 25 years.

  • Free mileage up to 20 miles total (40p per mile thereafter).

You may have noticed this package includes many items only found in the premium packages of many other wedding photographers - this is because we believe them to be an essential part of any professional wedding photography package.

Enhanced Package: £999 + VAT

Everything included in our basic package, plus the following:

    • A bound paperback photo book of your wedding pre-shoot (normally £99).

  • Choose 40 prints at any size up to 10x8 in an album or wedding photo book containing these photos (no customised layout).

  • Choose another 40 prints at any size up to 10x8 to give away to your parents, friends or family (or keep them for yourself if preferred).

  • Free mileage up to 50 miles total (40p per mile thereafter).

Premium Package: £1699 + VAT

Everything included in our enhanced package, plus the following:

  • 7x5 enlargements of all photos from photographer's edit, up to 400 prints (£250 if ordered separately).

  • A CD containing all edit photos in full resolution JPG form (£175 if ordered separately).

  • Customised album design (£350 if ordered separately).

  • Luxury album (£250 if ordered separately).

  • Sheet of 20 customised first class stamps featuring an image from your wedding (£30 per sheet if ordered separately).

  • Free mileage up to 100 miles total (40p per mile thereafter).
